Who will meet me and where at the airport/port of Rome€

Once you arrive at Rome airport, either Fiumicino Airport or Ciampino Airport, you must first go through customs, retrieve your luggage at the appropriate appointments and follow the exit signs to meet our representative. Where will they wait for me in my hotel/apartment/house€

In case you need a transfer from your hotel to the airport, our driver will pick you up at the reception (lobby) of your hotel. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We always check the train/plane arrival times. The driver will wait on all delayed flights and your transfer is insured and operational without additional charges.

What happens if I miss my flight or my flight is cancelled€

You must inform us of the next flight departure and your arrival time using the telephone number on the confirmation form.

What type of vehicle is used for the transfer€

To carry out the transfers we only use licensed vehicles with all the available options.

How much luggage can I take with me€ Are there restrictions on luggage (weight)€

Each passenger can carry 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag with no weight limit.

I travel with children. Can I have a child seat€

The child seat is provided free of charge. The need for a child seat must be notified in advance when making the reservation.

Are your prices per trip€

Our prices include all taxes, and are per car, not per person.

Where/how can I pay€

You can pay cash or credit card directly to your driver. Any payment by credit card must be notified in advance when making the reservation (an extra 10% will apply).

Can I cancel my reservation€

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time, free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be charged in full.
